1. Strict No-Refund Policy

At FeatureOn (operated by Red Press Wire Ltd), we provide a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that delivers immediate value upon subscription activation, including access to proprietary AI rank data, analytics dashboards, and server-intensive scanning capabilities.

Because of the digital nature of our service and the immediate allocation of server resources to fulfill your scans and reports, we enforce a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any reason.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to the FeatureOn platform and all its premium features until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

• Monthly Subscriptions: If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will not be billed for the following month. However, you will not receive a refund for the current month.
• Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel an annual subscription, you will not be billed for the following year. We do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining months of your annual term.

To prevent future charges, you must cancel your subscription before your renewal date. You can cancel your subscription directly from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

3. Fraudulent Charges & Chargebacks

We take fraud very seriously. If you do not recognize a charge from FeatureOn or Red Press Wire Ltd, please contact us immediately at info@featureon.ai before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We will work with you to resolve any unauthorized transactions.

If you initiate a chargeback for a valid subscription charge that you simply forgot to cancel, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback, suspend your account immediately, and ban you from using our services in the future.

4. Service Interruptions

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not provide refunds or credits for temporary service interruptions, bugs, or periods where the service is unavailable due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to all future subscription payments. Your continued use of the service after a change signifies your acceptance of the updated policy.
