Welcome to FeatureOn. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Red Press Wire Ltd, doing business as FeatureOn ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the featureon.ai website and related services (collectively, the "Service").

FeatureOn provides AI rank intelligence, optimization tracking, and distribution automation tools to help brands improve their visibility across AI search engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. We offer our services strictly as a B2B (Business-to-Business) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform.

3. Account Creation & Security

To use our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

Access to premium features of FeatureOn requires a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to our pricing, payment terms, and billing cycle as presented at checkout.

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (monthly or annually).
• Automatic Renewal: Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew.
• Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes.

5. Strict No-Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our SaaS product, the immediate access to proprietary data, analytics, and server resources upon subscription activation, all sales are strictly final and non-refundable.

By subscribing to FeatureOn, you explicitly agree to this no-refund policy. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods, unused accounts, or if you simply change your mind. If you are dissatisfied with the Service, your sole and exclusive remedy is to cancel your subscription to prevent future billing.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Service is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Service (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

We do not guarantee specific ranking results, visibility increases, or traffic improvements on any AI search engine.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United Kingdom. Red Press Wire Ltd and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of the United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
